All Sales Are Final
Because every item is custom made and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds on any orders.
Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost. Please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our Error
If we made an error with your personalization (wrong name, wrong spelling from what you submitted), we will send a free replacement.
Customer Error
If the personalization was entered incorrectly by the customer (wrong spelling submitted, etc.), the order is not eligible for a free replacement. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
Replacement Process
- Email us at orders@customchaoscreations.online with photos of the issue
- We review your request and confirm eligibility
- We create your replacement tumbler
- We ship the new item to you at no additional cost
