Purchase Agreement
By placing an order on Custom Chaos Creations, you agree to purchase a custom, handmade product crafted to your specifications. Each item is made to order and is therefore non-refundable.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter “processing” status. Once we begin crafting your item, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property
All wrap designs, graphics, and creative assets are the property of Custom Chaos Creations. Designs are licensed for personal use on the purchased item only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes the right to decline custom order requests that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
